The first time I lost sleep because I prioritized education was at the age of 4. That was when my mother first brought me to the United States in search for a better life. As a result of a lot of hard work, my struggle to keep up eventually turned to excelling in honors programs and courses for the high-achieving. The afterschool programs that I initially dreaded became places where I would volunteer. As a volunteer and now as a professional, I help those who were going through the same obstacles that I had gone through.I truly enjoy helping someone achieve their educatoinal goals and have been in the field of Higher Education for a decade.
