Luvia Moreno has over 15 years of experience in urban higher education settings, particularly Hispanic Serving Institutions, addressing the needs of underrepresented students and their families through a social justice lens. Currently, Luvia serves a dual role at City Colleges of Chicago. Luvia is Associate Dean of Student Services at Harold Washington College, and the inaugural Coordinator of Undocumented Student Services for the District.
