Leonor Wangensteen is an Academic Advisor for engineering majors at the University of Notre Dame, where she earned a BA in 2003 and an MA in 2009. She was the inaugural Director of the Dream ND Community and developed campus support for undocumented and DACA students over the past decade. Her work shows relentless dedication toward issues of diversity, inclusivity, and equality in higher education, including scholarship of best practices in advising underrepresented and vulnerable student populations. As an active member of NACADA, she offers advising resources, etutorials, presentations, publications, and consulting services.
