I have over 15 years of experience working in higher education designing, implementing and assessing high impact practices to remove barriers faced by students from minoritized groups in the public and private sector and both Two year and Four year institutions. I have direct oversight of undocumented students populations at my current institution and serve as Chair of Dallas College’s DACA/Undocumented Advisory Board.
