Joanna Hidalgo Jauregui, or Jo, is thrilled to serve as the Program Coordinator for the new DREAMer Resource Center. As the granddaughter of immigrants from Sonora, Mexico, and growing up in Central Phoenix, in predominantly Black and Latina/o/x communities, Joanna has been privileged to work in spaces to foster resilience and empowerment working in partnership with individuals, organizations, and community leaders representing historically underserved populations. She is thrilled to serve in this role, where professional experience and personal passion intersect to be an ally and advocate for DREAMers at PSU and the PNW.
