Jacki Rodriguez is the Director of the Office of First Generation Student Success at the University of Memphis. She has over 12 years experience in higher education. Throughout her tenure at the UofM, she has advocated and built resources to support and engage with first-generation and DACA and undocumented students. As Director of Opportunity Scholars, a DACA and undocumented scholarship and leadership program, she has partnered with Equal Chance for Education to build a highly successful program that awards over $25,000 to cover out-of-state fees to every DACA or undocumented student in the program.
