Ignacio Alarcón

Ignacio/Nacho completed graduate school in the Rust Belt while overseeing cultural community support at Oberlin College, conflict transformation initiatives at University of Michigan, and student affairs programs at a Honduran college. They co-founded the first undocumented student program in WA state at The Evergreen State College and worked as the inaugural Assistant Director of UC Davis' undocumented student center, the first physical center of its kind in the USA. They now lead grant initiatives supporting Seattle Colleges’ vision for accessible education while serving as co-president of a north Californian interfaith immigration network.
