German is the Associate Director of Internships and Experiential Learning at Whittier college where he connects students to internship opportunities and fosters partnerships with local organizations. Additionally, German has conducted research on the impact of policy on the retention of undocumented students, with a particular focus on their postbaccalaureate opportunities.
