Estella Vazquez is from Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico and immigrated to the United States in 1976 as an undocumented youth. Estella is the Dream Program Coordinator at Cuesta College. She is passionate about education and committed to make a difference for undocumented students and at Cuesta and in the Central Coast. Founder of the Dreamers United Student Club, member of the Latina Leadership Network Cuesta College Chapter. She is a community advocate and activist who finds great joy being of service to others. She earned several awards for her community involvement and feels that as an immigrant, she has achieved the “American Dream”
