Daniela Pozos Nicolau

She/Ella Associate Director, FIRST Resource Center, Tufts University

Daniela (she/ella) graduated from Tufts University in 2021 majoring in Child Studies and Human Development with a minor in Education. Throughout her career at Tufts she has worked with various non-profit organizations in analyzing structural dynamics and creating staff facing guides to better support undocumented, first-generation, low-income youth of color in educational spaces. Daniela's passion lies in DEI work in educational spaces because of her own experiences navigating the school system as an undocumented youth in the south.
