About SUCCESS Convening 2024

Supporting Dreamers’ College & Career Equity: Strategies for Success

The second 2024 National SUCCESS Convening was held on March 29-30, 2024 at Rice University where we had 327 participants from 115 institutions and 33 organizations represented. Thank you to all the speakers who shared their expertise and helped foster rich conversations and a sense of community throughout the sessions. The purpose of the SUCCESS Convening was to convene campus leaders, practitioners, and directly impacted individuals from public and private colleges and universities across the country, together with policy experts and national advocates. This convening focused on promoting equitable access to career development in college and post-graduation pathways for undocumented students, regardless of immigration status.

“The learning opportunities were phenomenal and I learned so much from all the attendees I had the opportunity to connect with. I am walking away with many connections for follow-up to engage in after the convening.”
