This resource hub is meant to be a central point where campuses and directly impacted individuals can find information on immigrant and international student rights, legal help, deportation defense and guidance on what institutions can do within and beyond the university to protect non-citizen students and staff.
About this Resource Hub
A second Trump administration has raised many concerns about the safety of immigrant communities. These concerns extend to the broader immigrant community as well as students in K-12 schools and higher education across the nation. Let’s build on the strong foundation of existing practices, resources, and policies that have proven effective over time. The goal of this resource hub is to provide readily accessible information on protecting student data and Know Your Rights.
