Refugee Funding and Support Tool
This interactive tool tracks public and private institution admission and financial aid policies and other support provided specifically to refugees and displaced students interested in pursuing higher education. This tool was inspired by the Private Institutions Tool, which was created after a high school student collected data from 200+ private institutions and found it difficult and time-consuming to identify what type of support each institution provided for undocumented students. In parallel, we have heard from refugee and other displaced students who have applied to over a hundred institutions in the U.S. needing help understanding which ones provide the financial and holistic support we need to succeed. This tool aims to provide current data to inform refugee and displaced students as they apply to colleges and universities in the U.S. If your institution would like to be included, please submit your data below.
To locate admission and financial aid policies for colleges and universities, feel free to click on your respective state to interact and learn more about the policies.
