TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHAT YOU DO.

“I am a graduate student at George Washington University, pursuing an MPP in Program Evaluation and Policy Analysis, graduating Spring 2021. I work as an Assistant Technology Specialist where my duties include providing software trainings to students with disabilities-aiding in the productivity of their learning experiences at the University. In 2021, I was chosen as the first alumni member on TheDream.US Advisory Board.”

TELL US WHY YOUR WORK MATTERS…

“It is my passion to help others and one of the ways I do so is through persistent advocacy to ensure that students with disabilities are not deprived from receiving equal learning opportunities.”

WHAT UNIQUE PERSPECTIVES DO DREAMERS BRING TO THEIR WORK?

“Being an immigrant has taught me what it means to be excluded and fight my hardest to overcome barriers. I am driven by seeing other disadvantaged groups win and, as a result, whenever I go to work my thoughts are more about making a difference in the lives of students than earning a paycheck.”
