On July 10th at 2 PM ET, the Presidents’ Alliance and partners will host a briefing that will cover the significance of the Biden-Harris Administration’s recent executive action to streamline access to D-3 waivers and employment-based visas for eligible college and university graduates, including DACA recipients and other Dreamers.

This briefing will provide an opportunity to hear from the administration, legal experts, business and higher education leaders, and someone who has experienced the process, about the importance of the new executive action. The discussion will also offer higher education leaders, campuses, and others a chance to learn about the potential impact of INA § 212(d)(3)(A) on the higher education sector, other employers, and alumni.
