In this webinar, ILRC, Presidents’ Alliance on Higher Education and Immigration, Path2Papers & The Dream.US hosted a webinar for legal practitioners to provide an overview on the Biden administration’s recent changes to streamline access to nonimmigrant employment-based visas for DACA beneficiaries and Dreamers and parole-in-place to keep families together. The webinar discussed what these policy changes mean, who they apply to, and how persons can prepare for implementation.
