Ana Martín Gil is the research manager for the Edward P. Djerejian Center for the Middle East. Her research focuses on migration, refugees, and human rights in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as Mexico and Central America. She also manages the Baker Institute Migration Initiative and the Middle East Energy Roundtable. Martín Gil holds a master’s degree in global affairs with a concentration in international political development from Rice University. She received her bachelor’s degree in translation and interpretation from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid.
